"Recently purchased a et7 ultra, bike looks amazing, but I was having issues getting the battery to charge, April and the technician helped me diagnose the issue (faulty charger the bike has no issues) over the phone and were extremely friendly and helpful , they spent hours helping me find the right diagnostic tools to check the battery and charger and were kind enough to respond and help even after working hours. Fantastic service, and a beautiful bike."

"A real solid Ebike with a good quality build! Performance is great and rode at a conservative speed the mileage is real good. The the 1st-mode will run 25 mph on the GPS on level ground which is more than enough speed in town. The throttle is real good in the 1st-mode and has a soft-start since the Ebike uses a Direct-Drive HubMotor which requires very little maintenance and is durable. One Big Advantage with the HubMotor is that the Ebike is real quiet compared to the usual Geared-HubMotor Ebikes."
