1.What kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal and credit card payments, you can choose a method you like during checkout.

2.Will I receive the bike fully assembled?

The WALFISK Ebike will arrive 90% assembled at your doorstep. Unpacking and assembly should take about 15 minutes. All you need to do is install the front wheel and fenders, handlebars, seat post, and pedals, and conduct a thorough check to ensure everything is tightened. You can find the necessary tools in the accessory box within the packaging. The assembly process should take no more than 15 minutes.

4.How long is shipping?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online.Once the order is placed and delivery times will vary depending on where you live. About the detail of shipping, You can learn about our warranty by clicking - shipping policy

5.What if the products I received are damaged/defective?

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact us or simply send an email to support@walfiskebike.com. Please attach any relevant videos or photos showing your issue so the specialists can best assist you. 

6.Can this bike use in winter? Or which temperature can it work?

Our folding Snow e-bike can be used in winter or snow weather. Working temperature range: -20°C-40°C(-4°F-104°F). Reminder: Do not ride more than 7 miles in a single trip at high temperatures.

7.Is the display waterproof ?

No, the display is not waterproof. Water will seep into the display when riding on the rainy day.

8.How to look after the battery?

Generally speaking, in order to avoid battery undervoltage, we recommend charging it at least once a month.

It would be great if you can top the battery up after each ride.
Please keep your battery charging port away from any metal objects.

9.How to calcuate the the capacity of an e-bike battery?

E-bike battery capacity is measured in watt hours or watts. To calculate the capacity, multiply the voltage (V) used on the bike by the Ampere-Hour (Ah) rating. For example, multiply 48V by 10.4Ah = 449.2 Wh. 

More Watt-Hours equals more range for your e-bike.
