Most complete bicycles are sent from our local warehouse (USA warehouse) and most accessories & parts are sent from China.
WALFISK Ebike provides free delivery services in the United States, and we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

The package is expected to arrive in about 5-12 business days, but there may be delays due to uncontrollable factors. We sincerely hope you receive the package as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped along with a tracking number. We have purchased adult signature service for all orders to prevent package loss. Please make sure there is an adult at home to sign for the package at your address.
The WALFISK Ebike will arrive 90% assembled at your doorstep. Unpacking and assembly should take about 15 minutes. All you need to do is install the front wheel and fenders, handlebars, seat post, and pedals, and conduct a thorough check to ensure everything is tightened. You can find the necessary tools in the accessory box within the packaging.
