4. Trademark and Brand Keyword Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, use, or target any of our brand terms, trademarks, product names, store names, domain names, or confusingly similar variations in paid advertising. This includes but is not limited to WALFISK, Walfisk Ebike, Walfisk Bike, walfiskebike, and any misspellings or variations.
5. No Direct Linking Through Paid Ads
Affiliates may not use direct linking from paid advertisements to our website, nor may they use affiliate tracking links in paid ads without our prior written approval.
6. No Impersonation or Misrepresentation
Affiliates may not present themselves as Walfisk Ebike, claim to represent our company officially, use misleading ad copy, use deceptive landing pages, or otherwise create confusion that their promotion is an official brand communication.
7. Coupon and Promotion Restrictions
Affiliates may not publish, distribute, promote, or submit unauthorized coupon codes, discount codes, or promotional offers on coupon websites, social media, forums, or any other channels without our prior written approval.
8. Prohibited Traffic Methods
Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited messages, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, deceptive redirects, adware, malware, fake reviews, false claims, or any fraudulent or misleading method to generate referrals, clicks, sales, or commissions.
9. Right to Review and Reject Commissions
We reserve the sole right to review traffic sources, attribution records, order details, and promotional methods for any affiliate sale. Any commission resulting from unauthorized ads, trademark bidding, misleading promotion, coupon abuse, or violation of these terms may be rejected, canceled, reversed, or withheld at our sole discretion.
10. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the affiliate has violated these terms or acted in a way that may harm our brand, reputation, customers, or business interests.
11. No Guarantee of Earnings
We do not guarantee any level of income, traffic, sales, or commission to any affiliate.
